The convention takes over the conference floor of the Crowne Plaza at Winnersh Triangle, just outside Reading. Talks run in the main suite and a second room, with the exhibition, coffee and lunch all on the same level, so nothing is more than a short walk away.
The hotel is fully accessible, with step-free access throughout the conference floor and accessible toilets on the same level. If you have any access, dietary or seating needs, tell us when you book and we will sort it out quietly before the day.

Travel
Three easy ways to arrive
By car
Winnersh Triangle sits a few minutes from junction 10 of the M4 and the A329(M). There is free on-site parking for delegates.
By train
Winnersh Triangle station is a five minute walk away, with direct trains from Reading in around eight minutes and services from London Waterloo.
By air
Heathrow is roughly 30 minutes by road, with the RailAir coach running to Reading station.
